i am not able to erase apps in my iphone 5s while touching blinking but no erase option shown

Assuming you have iOS14 on your 5S,

Press and hold icon - tap remove app - then select select delete. (some behave slightly differently)

If the delete option is not there, try this:

Settings, Screen Time, Content and Privacy Restrictions, iTunes and App Store Purchases, Deleting Apps, Allow “on”

or turn screen time completely off.
