How to allow quotes inside a formula?

In the formula below, if I wanted to have the word lucky with quotes (like "lucky") how would my formula be? Is that even possible at all?

I tried adding 2 quotes and the & symbol to create 3 different "blocks", but no luck

In this particular example it would be simple by using 3 cells, and also because the number comes after the text. What I'm trying to accomplish in a different scenario is where the content from a particular cell is in the middle of the text, for example:

I go to www.google.com to do my "research" when I need to.

In this case I have to add the link from a cell (the link varies all the time) and then I have "research" with quotes.

Or to make it even simpler, let's say I have this:

This is where I put my "shoes" when I don't need them.

I want to have a cell where I can input different words besides shoes and it will automatically update it, but notice that I have the quotes around shoes.

Hope it makes sense

And within a concatenation formula you can use CHAR(34) for a straight double quotation.

="That's where I do my " & CHAR(34)& "research" & CHAR(34)
