Good day, I just had my iPhone 11 directly from your store. I noticed there’s no adapter, however, the lightning cable that came with it is not fitting into my previous adapter nor my laptop for charging. Kindly advise.

If you have the power adapter and charging cord for an older iPhone you can use those to charge the iPhone 11 (i.e., don't use the new cord).
