Unpairing apple watch

I gave my old apple watch to my sister and she lives in the Philippines. I forgot to unpair my watch from my iphone so now she can’t use it. Is there any way i can unpair it from my iphone when we are like thousand of miles apart?

how can i unpair an apple watch if i don't have my phone close? I gave my apple watch to my sister and i didn't unpair it before i sent it to her. She is in a different state so just wondering if there is a way to unpair without my phone being in close proximity.
