What is the model and year for the TV?

Select models are supported for the Apple TV app, as detailed in the list of Apple TV app-supported devices.

If you have a supported model, and the Apple TV app is not pre-installed, then it would be available from the manufacturer’s app repository. Apps on your Samsung smart TV - Samsung Support
