disabled phone

When I was riding my bike this morning, my iPhone became disabled. The message directs me to sign into iTunes to enable. Please help me with this.

Sounds like the screen was getting bumped and registering it as incorrect passcode entries. Follow https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
