Why can’t I share screen on facetime even after I’ve updated it to iOS 15

Same boat:
I am trying to place a test call to another iPad from my iPad Pro (2nd Gen). It isn’t giving me the option for a screenshare. There are four buttons(chat, mute, speaker, video) but no share button.
