An 'iPhone Storage Almost Full' warning shows up after upgrade iPhone Xs to iOS15

I just updated my iPhone Xs to iOS15. An 'iPhone Storage Almost Full' warning shows up in the Settings after the upgrade but the iPhone Storage shows only 53.5 GB is used out of 64 GB storage space. I tried to click on the warning to dismiss or change the setting but it did not do anything.

Same issue, iPhone 12 Pro. 256GB version, only using 178GB. I click on the warning in settings and nothing happens. I even went through and deleted some large files and it didn’t change anything. Also tried rebooting it, no change.

Same here. I had no issues until upgrading to 15. I have a ton of space on my 12 mini.
