The 90 day final cut pro free trial expired so I purchased the app. When I opened it again, it had erased my library -- all of my projects and all of my clips. Is there any way to restore my projects? I spent months on them and just dropped $300 for the application:(

Look in your Users>Home>Movies folder for your Library, double click it.

Just to reiterate what Al said: your library is still there. Installing the application or deleting the trial did not and indeed cannot delete any libraries.
That appears if you double click library? If so right-click on library and select Open with>Final Cut Pro. If you don't see the application there, or only see Final Cut Pro Trial, let us know.
