Temporary iCloud backup

Please start by taking a look here: If you can't back up to iCloud. Since it looks like your backup is taking a long time, we assume that’s why you wish to stop it. If the iPhone is restarted or the internet connection is lost, the backup will stop. The steps in the section of the article titled “If your iCloud backup is taking longer than expected to complete” may help with this concern, as well.
