Pairing keyboard without number keys
Is there a way to pair a smart keyboard, whose numeric keys are not working, to a 2018 Mac mini running Big Sur?
Thank you

Hello Digivu,
We would like to see how we can help you with pairing your keyboard. As there is a hardware issue with the keyboard, we can't guarantee these steps will work, but they should help get you connected: Connect an Apple wireless accessory with Mac
Cheers!
Hi Nicolas,
Thanks for the response and sorry that I wasn't clear enough - my keyboard is the one that can only connect via Bluetooth which I can't do because I can't enter the code required to pair.
All the best
Hello Digivu,
Thank you for getting back to us. If the numeric keys are not working, you will need to reach out to Apple to find the best service options for you locally at: Get Support
Cheers!
If you have a Magic Keyboard when you plug the charger cable in (from the computer's USB port) it becomes a wired keyboard independent of blue tooth. Try this to see if the numbers work.
