Whenever I click the "find my friends" app on my iCloud account logged into Safari, I get the following message:
An error has prevented this application from working properly. Help Apple improve its products by sending us diagnostic and usage information about Find Friends.
Would you please tell me how to resolve this?

Thanks, tygb sharing the link. Unfortunately, this article discusses more on iPhone/iPad/watch. I am more talking about Safari on my Macbook Pro laptop with macOS Monterey Version 12.0 Beta. FMF app was not there when I logged into my iCloud account on macOS safari. Any help in this regard will be of use.
I spoke with a senior level Apple support person earlier today (9/23) and had him remote in to my Windows 10 PC, where he was able to see two browsers (Mozilla & Chrome) fail to open the FMF app at www.icloud.com. Coupled with the OP's Safari browser on a Mac, and we have a multi-platform/multi-browser issue.
Ticket was created and sent to engineering for further review.
Note that FMF is working fine on iOS devices.

I have a further update but I am afraid it is not a positive one...
... Apple will no longer be supporting 'Find My Friends' on iCloud.com. It is only available through the iOS 'Find My' app.
Apple have not stated whether 'Find My iPhone' on iCloud will be enhanced to provide the same function as the 'Find My' app does on iOS. I expect that will depend, in part, on how their customers respond to the change. As someone wuth deteriorating eyesight, I certainly found it much easier to use FMF on a large monitor than on my iPad or iPhone. I have registered a complaint with Apple and would encourage other community members to do the same.

Thanks, Dysta and Charles. I often use only the FMF app in macOS, not my iPhone, to keep track of my kids. I request Apple to maintain the app on iCloud in macOS background.
