Software is not being updated

Plz check why my software is not being updated

We cannot check why your software is not being updated but I am glad that you posted the screenshot. You have low power mode set to ON. That is what is preventing your iPhone from starting the update. Set Low Power Mode to OFF and then try again. Ensure that you are connected to electrical power and connected to Wi-Fi.

Why the Error?:

There is a error connecting to Apple's servers. So, try the following:


Use a Computer and Ethernet:

Start with attempting an update through use of a computer. If you cannot use Wi-Fi, then use Ethernet.  Go Here: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. On the computer, you would connect it through Ethernet, going directly into your router. For a Mac (or PC) that does not have Ethernet, this would be the adapter to use: Belkin USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter - Apple
