I need to change my iCloud storage plan and also billing method, what should I do? I'm right now in family sharing I need to purchase my own so for that I need to pay separately, what can I do?
See Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support about how to start your own subscription. Make sure this is going first before dropping out of the Family plan.
Unless you are the Family Sharing Organizer you can only pay for things yourself by using Apple Account balance (e.g., recharged with gift cards). If you want to pay with a credit card you will have to leave Family Sharing.
The payment method for Family Sharing is automatic:
1. If anybody in the family buys or subscribes to something, Apple first attempts to charge the item to that individual's Apple ID balance, if any.
2. If a family member does not have enough personal balance, any excess will be charged to the Family Organizer's primary payment method (usually a card of some kind). The Organizer's personal balance will not be used for purchases made by other family members. If it cannot bill the primary payment method, the Organizer will need to make another payment method the primary method.

"Accepted payment methods for iCloud storage upgrades include credit cards, debit cards, and your Apple ID balance. If you don't have enough available funds in your Apple ID balance to complete your upgrade, you'll be charged the remaining amount. Apple Store gift cards aren't accepted as payment for upgrading iCloud storage."
