Payment of AED 77.99 to APPLE.COM/BILL with Credit Card ending xxxx.
Did you go to the last step and contact Apple Support?
Did you click on the blue letters in my previous post and read that article?
It says “You have no purchase that are eligible for a refund”. But by card is charged with no purchase.
Yes I did. But to submit the query I have to select the related transaction for request refund or even complain fraud but there are no purchases to select.
You don't have an entry on your credit card account?
