Final Cut Pro - not showing in Purchased or Family Sharing

I bought FCP for work and need to share it with a colleague.


It says it's eligible for Family Sharing:


But it's not showing in my Purchased apps and it doesn't show for Family Sharing.


There must be a way round this? It cost £250!
