Why is Visual lookup not working on IPhone XS Max iOS 15

I found a way to get this working , go to Settings, General, Language & Region and change region to United States then re boot the iPhone

its terrible that it will not work in the United Kingdom and you have to do this

Per that article, Visual Look Up isn't available for everything. "If you don't see the Visual Look Up button, Visual Look Up isn't available for that photo." Are you not seeing that icon in any photo that you have taken, including one of common things such as a plant or animal?

i have this same issue. None of my photos have the visual lookup. My brother has it on his phone and we have swapped photos and they come up on his just not mine. Help! Is this something in my settings I need to adjust?
