Mac update Safari reload pages

Hi, earlier today updated Mac and now when try to log into website like eBay that requires a password, browser keeps refreshing and can't log in. Advice most welcome thank you!

—Quit safari.app and relaunch it holding the shift key down to test

—Try a different browser and compare your results

—Verify you have rebooted more than once since you upgraded/upgraded the macOS

—Verify the ebay server is up and running without issue: https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
