checked storage on this MacBook Air and found only 3.5 G available out of 512G.. Found "other" was taking up the majority of the space... How do I get to "other" to free up my storage???

I checked storage and found only 3.5G available. "Other" is taking up all of the memory...


How do I access "other" and free up the space taken.

It appears that you've had a chance to review Free up storage space on your Mac. As explained in: See used and available storage space on your Mac, "You can't manage the contents of this category. The contents are managed by macOS, and the category varies in size depending on the current state of your Mac".
