iOS 15 Issue

I upgraded my iPad Pro to iOS 15. Now I can not connect it to the WiFi and with out that I can not do much of anything. The widgets just flash on the home screen. Trying to reset it now. Anyway to get back to iOS 14.

It took setting up my iPad and reloading the OS. Had to connect to iTunes, download iOS 15. Then reinstall. Took hours to download iOS 15. It was not my internet speed as it is over 20M down. I think it could have been the Apple site and its load due to this upgrade. I started the download, it took over 10 hours to download. Once I did that I was able to reinstall. I lost everything on my iPad.
