Refurbished iPhone

I always wished to get an iPhone but it is always expensive, only the left option is a genuine refurbished by apple itself. It is found that apple sells it's refurbished iPhone into targetted new markets like India. The only questions is where to get them, also searched onto web founds that it doesn't support Indian region.
