Is apple going to come out with the apple smart charging cases for the iPhone 12’s?

No. Apple did not release a battery case for iPhone 12. Instead it released the MagSafe battery Pack that can be attached directly to the iPhone 12 and certain compatible cases: MagSafe Battery Pack - Apple

It's unlikely they'll release that for the 12 now that iPhone 13 is out.

There are 3rd party options available though. 7000mAh Battery case for iPhone 12 - Amazon.com

You mean the MagSafe cases, they already have: link-> MagSafe Case for iPhone 12 - Apple.com

If you mean something else, please explain. also, note that anything not released for iPhone 12 last year and this year before the iPhone 13 was released will likely not be released for it anymore.

any new cases released would likely be for the iPhone 13 first, and if you get luck would be compatible with the iPhone 12 models too.

but instead for an iPhone 11, I am wanting a case for and iPhone 12 pro max.
