Why my phone show Carrier Lock. No sim restriction. I can use wifi but have a hard time to use on data. I use Xfinity before and switch to straight talk. I think Xfinity block me.
Apparently, it is NOT unlocked.
Call AppleCare and give them the serial number. StraightTalk has a bad habit of locking phones to their network that don't belong to them.

That means it is NOT locked to a carrier.
If you're having problems with your service from Xfinity, contact Xfinity.
Since the phone is not carrier locked, you could consider switching to an actual cellular carrier instead of a company that resells other networks service...
My phone is unlocked phone with Sprint
4 years ago. Then I switch to Straight talk for a years then to xfinity for 6 months then back to straight talk.
