I had someone send me $80 through Apple Pay and it shows how they sent it and I received it but it doesn’t show on my Apple Cash balance and when I try to transfer it to my bank it says I have 0$ to transfer when I have just received the $80 that doesn’t appear in my balance .

To be sure, do you automatically or manually accept payments? If you have "Manually Accept Payments" checked in the Wallet app, then you have to manually accept the money. Check out the section "Automatically or manually accept payments" in this support document to learn more. Keep in mind that you have 7 days to accept the money.

Once money is in your Apple Cash balance, then you can take these steps to transfer the funds to your bank:
