Resetting Apple Watch

After too many passcode attempt my daughter locked my Apple Watch. Now it’s asking me to reset Apple Watch and pair again. But I can’t reset it by pressing crown button and side button. It’s again showing the same. I tried with phone but it’s showing watch is not connected. How do I sort it out?
