About the subscription

Hello I do this subscription for an application called “chegg” and I pay for this application by Apple. I paid before two days but I can use my subscription , this because they say the problem with Apple Payment and I think it’s something that Apple should receive an email from this application so that I can start using my subscription

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions

For billing issues, see this:

If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store
