I just had the screen replaced on my iPhone 11 Pro Max today at the apple store and my phone is telling me it can’t verify i have a genuine apple display. What am i supposed to do?

Go back to the store and have them fix it.

Or the screen they used has a defect that they weren't aware of. I would try a forced restart before you go back.
