If this month I buy icloud storage and next month I don't buy it, will my data be lost?
Yes. If you have more data in the cloud than the free tier (5GB) the excess data will be deleted.

It will. I believe I've read 30 days after your subscription ends. Apple isn't going to keep storing your stuff for free.
Really? I've tried but it doesn't go away. I'm asking just to make sure
if i stop and then i subcription again, it will back again?
