Screen Time Password Reset

Hi, I am trying to reset my screen time password because my parents forgot it. I have tried saying I forgot the password and I have tried putting my apple id and password in but it seems not to be working. My parents can't recover it because they have Samsung phones. so what should I do just go into the Apple store and have them reset?

I need several apps on my iPhone for college, however, my parents restricted my ability to download any app rated 17+ on the app store with Screen Time when they set up my phone 5 years ago. Now, I need to download these apps, but they are rated 17+. My parents do not remember the Screen Time password, we cannot override the restriction. We put in the Apple ID and password multiple times, to no avail. Does anyone know of a solution to this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.

If resetting using the Apple ID doesn’t work you need to use a computer to restore to factory settings following https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252

You cannot restore a backup afterwards because it will bring back the screen time passcode
