I had pictures on my phone but I did not remove from my phone yet when I took them off of iCloud they disappeared on my phone? What the **** is going on?

I had photos on my phone that I took with my phone…. I deleted them off of iCloud and now they’re gone on my phone!!!! What the **** is going on with that?

That's expected behavior. If you have iCloud photos enabled, deleted an image on a device or cloud, deletes it from all other devices.
