Can I add an additional iCloud account? Will it allow me to look at both on my phone?
I have an iCloud account. Can I open another one and use it on my iPhone or iPad?

You can create an iCloud alias you can use as an email address. Any email addressed to the alias will go to your current iCloud account's mailbox.
iCloud - Create or change email aliases.
You can't use the alias to sign in anywhere.
