I am trying to turn in an old iphone for a new one, can not get passed the screen time passcode which I never remember ever setting. So, I don't have a password. I can not trade in the iphone until this is resolved. Why apple, do you make it so complicated? Why, when you wipe the phone do you simply not disregard whatever this is?
If it is the screen time password, you shouldn't have to reset it at all. You can reset your iPhone without that.
