How do I get refunded all of the money apple took from me when I was buying 3 months of Apple Music ?

I had my ******* connected to everything especially my PayPal and just a few days ago I renewed the family plan and that iTunes music for the three months work and not only did you take that away for me it only refunded me a couple things when I had over $100 in there I’m very angry about it and I want my money back
