Google account login not working

Check the App Store to see if Google has released an update for the app. Google is responsible for keeping their apps updated with the latest iOS versions. Apple has no control over the app or the code inside the app. If there is no update available, then you need to contact Google for support with their application.

Google is not an Apple product. Contact Google for help with your account.

Again, it's not Apple. If you can't log into your Google account, you reach out to Google. To expect Apple to fix or have any control over anything from Google is simply not going to happen.

The OP hasn't been back to this thread in a full month. What is your point here? It would seem highly likely whatever issue they had signing into their Google Account has long since been resolved. But an Apple product issues, IT'S NOT. I have no issues signing into Google accounts on my iPhone or iPad.

I have iPhone 12 Pro Max, and I have installed iOS 15.0.2 and not having any issues except for not being able to sign in to my Google-Next account. At one time I was able to log on to my Nest account w/o any problems whatsoever. After installing the iOS 15 update when I tried to use the Next App it ask me to log-on using the Google and when I go to the screen that ask me what e-mail I want to use I select it and that is where my problem starts, all I get is a blue line that continues to run across the top of the window like it is trying to connect but nothing happens it just continues to run and run. I tried letting it run for 30 minuets and still nothing happens. I called the Google-Nest help line and after several suggestions from them nothing happened and they told me it had to be an Apple problem and to ask them for help so here I am. I have the same app on my iPad Pro running the latest iOS and it seems to work without any issues at all which makes me think the issue could be with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

I can’t log in into my gmail and I haven’t been able to in quite a while. I’m just looking for answers (not attitudes from the internet people). I’ve been poking around Google, it didn’t even occur to me to check apple’s community until I read something.

I’m glad you can log into your gmail; fortunately it’s not my main email but it’s one I’d like to be able to check. I can’t log in on either my iPad or iPhone but the (non-Apple) computer has no issues. Whether my issue is Apple, Google, or operator, it is possible that an Apple product can have issues.

I’ve tried everything and can’t past the login screen where I give my email, click next, and it just continues to load. Doesn’t matter if I use the app or internet. When I try to add it to my iCloud I have the same issue and I even tried manually adding it imap.

I’d just like to check my email.

And when you contacted Google were they aware of this issue and did they say they are working on it?
