I'm trying to download Windows 10 on my MacBook Pro M1, but Boot Camp Assistant is not yet supported in the laptop!!
so, there's any other way I can download Windows 10?

The Apple Silicon M1 CPU does not Support Bootcamp at all.
Also as per this article the VM mention does not appear to be coming either. https://www.macrumors.com/2021/09/14/arm-windows-m1-macs-not-supported/
There is absolutely no support for Windows 10 on any M1 Mac. Not with a virtual machine, nor with Boot Camp which Apple omitted on Big Sur for M1 architecture installations.
