Swipe up menu

My iPhone 8+ has just had its screen fixed and myseipe up menu won't work, any ideas on how to fix it?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

Swipe between screens is locked, only the dots work. WHY? I'm new to iPhone 11. I'm trying to swipe between screens but it is frozen. But if I touch the dots then I can go to the other screens. WTF!?

Contact the store from you had replaced the display.
