How to remove enabled languages pop-up window on MacBook Pro (M1)

In M1 macbooks (also in iPads SmartKeyboard) now we have Globe button (Fn button). I have a problem with popup window when I have 2 language sources:

  1. After press Globe if I start typing from keys "Shift+A" (not only) language source not changes (before popup is gone)
  2. Some time source not changing before popup gone (too big timeout before fadeout)
  3. Popup stays on screen too long
  4. If I keep mouse in center of screen and start type something with changing language source, when popup shows, mouse cursor hover to one of source and it just prevent language switching

How to fix any from my list? I think most of simple what I can do - disable popup completely (will be better for me) or change popup timeout

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4
