On my iPhone 11 pro max I have option to pull down the control center when I’m on FaceTime and voice isolation microphone button appears after iOS 15 update, when I pull control center on my iPhone 8 that’s not the case, is this new feature not available on iPhone 8 or I’m doing something wrong?

It sounds like you are unable to access Voice Isolation on your iPhone 8. We understand ho important this is to you and we are here to help.
This feature is Available on iPhones with A12 Bionic and later. Which the iPhone 8 doesn't have. More information can be found here: New features available with iOS 15
