Newly purchased iphone discoloured

I noticed the discolouration from third month of my phone and day by day its keep increasing. I purchased the IPhone with the expectation of performance and looks. But this is really pathetic within 3 months the colour is fading. The expectation from Apple was different from my experience. This is my 3rd iPhone and I didn’t experienced this kind of issue with my previous iphones. Those are still looks like a new one. I’m assure that this is a manufacturing defect and It should be replaced under Warranty. This is my first bad experience with apple. I’m really sad this defect not considering under Warranty. Anyone can assist what should I do now. I already checked in authorised service center and apple support but they updated as its not consider under warranty .

It's NOT a manufacturing defect. Anodized Metal can be scratched and that is what your photo shows. My iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 are pristine. They have both been in cases. A friend of mine didn't put his in a case and his looks similar to your phone. Apple is NOT going to give you a new phone.
