How to login with a Samsung when you don't have your old iphone
I need to be able to login in on my apple music on my android but I can't get the code because i don't have that iPhone xs max anymore

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you can't receive your verification code to sign in since you changed your device.
You came from a great resource: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication
You'll want to update your information on the Apple ID website: Manage your Apple ID
If you can't use the Manage your Apple ID website without verifying the code, as well, then you'll want to select 'Didn't get a code' (or similar) for the options to get a verification code.
In case you can't through a trusted device, phone call, or text message, then you'll need to start account recovery: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password
