My iPhone doesn’t have the option to update when I go to software update it’s says iOS is up to date when ios15 just came out and I’m only on 14.7

Remove the beta profile you installed on your phone.

Go to Settings > General scroll down and find the beta profile, tap on it and follow the directions to remove it.
