I have a problem my phone is iPhone 6 it is updated to ios 12.5.4 I need to install the application but then on ios 13 can you give me the beta profile of ios 13 as ios 15 is not installed on my smartphone

The iOS 13 Beta ended 2 year ago there is no longer an active. Just having a beta profile will not let you install an incompatible version of iOS on your device. An iPhone 6 is incapable of running iOS 13
An iPhone 6 cannot physically run iOS 13 so a beta version would not work. You need a newer phone.
