Is it possible to cancel the pre-order at all? Or to contact Apple support via chat? I can't talk on the phone because I don't speak English and can only communicate through a translator. Thank you for your reply in advance

I am hearing impaired and have discovered the same problem . I couldn't believe the call centers are incapable of canceling an order which they themselves made . Pretty shady ! Lololo
