The display they installed is not a genuine Apple Display, so the phone issues that error as it cannot properly identify it.

You can either take it back to the shop and get it replaced for one that is genuine if they have that ability or live with the message.

Do note only Apple, or Apple Authorized service centers can have genuine displays that will not issue that error.

The 'shop' that did the work is not an authorized Apple service provider. They do not have access to genuine Apple parts.
