How can I export a Reminders list to text?

How can I export a Reminders list to text? In the new version of Reminders (2021) this does not seem possible. There is no export function and I can't copy and paste.

Export or Print Reminders I need to be able to print my Reminder that I've named Tickler File. The idea of printing a screenshot might work for a short reminder list, but my list includes 108 reminders that I'm constantly editing as I complete a reminder and move it to the following month. I depend on this Tickler File list so that I don't miss any important tasks or tax reports. I backup this list each week by creating a new Reminder, naming it Backup June820 (or whatever the current backup date is), then copying all the items in my Tickler File reminder and pasting them into the Backup reminder. If I could also paste them into a Word document, then I could print that, but even though I'm able to Select All/Copy, it will not Paste into Word.

How does Reminders work? I still have not figured out the current iteration of Reminders. When I want to create a new reminder, I type "command n." A line at the bottom of Reminders opens, and I type my text. Then I click on the "i in a circle" link to the right. The reminder immediately disappears. I have observed that the reminder relocates itself to the head for the column of reminders. I scroll through all the reminders to find what I was in the process of drafting. At that point, then, I click again on the "i in a circle." The link opens the window in which to set the day and time for the reminder to open. There's got to be a better way. Many versions ago, I could type the date and time directly into the text of the reminder itself. Reminders took away that function, what, ten years ago? I cannot believe that Apple would make such an application harder to use rather than easier. What am I missing?

Thought I would update my post that one can hold the cmd-key down and select each Reminder list item, and then copy the selected list items to the clipboard, from where they can be pasted as text items.

I’m not sure about Catalina but in Big Sur, using the new Reminders, you can select all reminders in a list (Edit > Select All), copy them (Edit > Copy) and paste them as text anywhere such TextEdit etc.

You can print reminders to PDF, and then copy/paste the text from the PDF to the clipboard, or into another document.
