We'd like to help you find the best solution for your voice messages. We recommend starting with making sure the device is on the latest iOS version, and you can follow the steps here: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, and a device restart if you are already updated. If you are up to date, we recommend testing recordings in Voice Memos and recorded videos to see if this issue happens there as well. If this is not voice messages in the Apple Messages app, let us know or if those steps don't help.
