How to move pages on iPhone?

I cannot move the pages of my iPhone. I press the “edit Home Screen” until the app jiggle then I press the little dots to get to EDIT PAGES. Then I’m unable to move the pages. Only able to press the check marks to hide or unhide page.

Pls help. Thx~
