Hey Malice98!

Have you by chance followed this article provided by Apple?:

If you can’t send or receive messages on your Mac:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210057

I think also knowing these answers are also important:

Does this happen with just iMessages? Or with text messages? (Blue/Green bubbles).

Have you made any changes recently?

Such as getting a new iPhone/Number, transferring data from an older Mac? Also knowing if you have Messages in iCloud enabled or not on your iPhone/Mac is relevant.

iPhone:

Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Messages

Mac:

Messages > Preferences > iMessage/iCloud

Likewise, if a new Mac, can you say what you see on your iPhone in:

Settings > Messages > Text Message Forwarding? Likewise in Send and Receive? (As compared with Messages > Preferences, on Mac)?

Hope that article sorts it out, or one of those other answers leads to a solution, let me know if so or not!
