Can I add multiple user profiles to my Apple TV + account (Roku app) without an Apple device?

airplay2 and homekit reqire an icloud account I am not able to setup my Apple TV as my Home Hub. When I use the Apple TV menu for "AirPlay and HomeKit" and try to access the "Room" to designate location of the Apple TV I get an "iCloud Required" message "AirPlay 2 and HomeKit require an iCloud account". I am indeed logged into iCloud on the Apple TV. Its a 4th Gen Apple TV. all my devices are up to date. all my devices are on the same network. my icloud account is added to the Apple TV and I am the default/primary user. I have icloud keychain and 2factor auth enabled already. I can see my Apple TV listed under my devices in my icloud account.

Apple TV 4k Box not Showing Personal Library Just purchased an Apple TV 4k box and setup successfully. However, when using the Apple TV app on the box and selecting Library, I'm not seeing my personal library of home movies that I host on my iMac. I can see my home movies in the Apple TV app on iPad and iPhone. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you need some help with the Apple TV+ app on your Roku. We will be happy to provide some assistance.

According to the Roku support site, this is not possible: Roku

For multiple user profiles, you may use an Apple TV. Share Apple TV with multiple users
