How do you give feedback to Apple ?

When I get frustrated that my phone is acting a certain way I feel like there is no easy way to give feedback, and if no one hears my concerns it gives little hope they will get fixed. You have to dig to even find this page to make a post, after a web search that leads to 10-15 dead ends.

it would be nice if there was a send feedback button right at the top of the settings page.
